Belen Casa de Pan Guaymas…
Belen Casa de Pan is a Christian feeding Center in the south end of Guaymas. We are showing Christ to children in families who are malnourished in Mexico through caring relationships, feeding them spiritually and physically.
This is a place where they can learn about Christ, feel love and respect they don’t receive at home, and have a safe place to enjoy a homemade meal. They do recreational activities, dancing and music classes, Bible studies, youth nights, Bible vacation school, seasonal celebrations and family festivals. There is also a Christian radio show, focusing on the kids, youth and family.
Through God’s love and word, the kids can heal their hearts from the abandonment of their parents (many of them live with other relatives), that they can grow deeper in Christ each day and not fall into the same rut as their parents; the moms (or guardian) can be encourage to follow Jesus, learning to raise their kids with love, changing their mentality of poverty and enjoy God’s freedom.
